Authentic Imoni (taro stew) made with Yamagata's famous Maruju soy sauce, beef, and taro. ☆ Also available: Yamagata's famous dashi tofu, ball konnyaku, assorted skewers, and grilled scallops. ♪ To finish off the Imoni, add curry roux to make curry udon.★
