This course uses carefully selected ingredients, including our now famous low-temperature cooked meat sashimi, smoked sashimi, charcoal grilled skewers, butter-grilled scallops, and Sendai beef egg rice. The final dish is our original "Zao cream cheese tempura." We also offer all-you-can-drink zero-carb Perfect Suntory beer and highly carbonated Kaku highballs.

[Grilled food] Binchotan charcoal! Assorted charcoal grilled skewers (chicken, pork, and other special skewers grilled over binchotan charcoal)
[Vegetables] Yaozo salad of the day (seasonal vegetables selected by our proud greengrocer)
[Grilled sashimi] Assorted smoked sashimi & grilled sashimi (smoked tuna, grilled mackerel & grilled octopus sashimi - a new sensation♪)
[Fried] Homemade plump shrimp shinjo (a delicacy that takes a lot of preparation! Try it with matcha salt)
[Palate cleanser] Morning pickles (for a refreshing snack)
[Shellfish grill] Butter-grilled scallops (grilled on a shellfish with butter and soy sauce)
